Directions: Use essential oil as aromatherapy in a diffuser or an oil/wax melt; depending upon the size use, 1-5 drops. Dilute in a carrier oil, creams, water, or bath salt/gel, to a solution of 1% to 3% -- of the essential oil. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
