Return Policy and Shipping
We stand by our products and guarantee their quality. We will honor, a full refund of products that are returned new, unopened, and are not damaged, within seven business days of delivery (with the original receipt and product packaging intact). Products returned, as such, (within 7-14 business days), from customers in good standing, will receive a store credit. No refunds will be honored thereafter. We are sorry we are unable to refund any shipping or handling charges. If, however, the package is returned as a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to most addresses in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products may not be available to ship to certain destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping notification you receive from the shipper.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We also offer a flat rate. A flat rate is a rate we have determined based on the average weight of packages shipped. We want our customers to receive items quickly and in the quality it left our location. To ensure the best protection for our customers, we ship products priority mail with insurance and tracking. Once we ship, the shipper will email you (directly from its servers) with tracking information.
Shipping rates are dictated by the shipper. We have secured discount shipping rates for packages. We do not charge extra to ship items to our customers; we would rather pass these savings onto our customers. As of January 21, 2018, USPS Priority Mail rates increased. As a result, the shipping fee has slightly increased for 2019.
